1. Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

  • Product Type: All products sold on mydailyjourneys.com are digital goods (interactive PDF maps and itineraries). No physical items will be shipped.

  • Delivery Method: Upon successful completion of your purchase (including free products), you will receive an email containing a secure link to download your digital map(s). Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

  • Delivery Timeframe: The email with the download link is sent automatically and immediately after your order is confirmed. Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

  • Shipping Costs: As our products are digital, shipping is completely free ($0.00) worldwide.

  • Supported Countries for Purchase: Currently, purchases can be made from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Israel.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • General Policy: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital map products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the product has been accessed. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
