Last Updated: June 19, 2026
1. Controller and Contact
This Privacy Policy describes how My Daily Journeys LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with:
* The website at mydailyjourneys.com (the "Website");
* The trip planning and concierge services we provide (the "Trip Planning Service");
* The companion travel application (the "App"); and
* The digital products sold on the Website (the "Digital Products").
(Collectively, the "Service".)
For privacy questions or to exercise the rights described in clause 8, contact us at hey@mydailyjourneys.com.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all personal information processed by us through the Service. Distinct categories of information are described per offering in clause 3.
This Policy does not apply to:
* Third-party services we link to but do not control (for example, hotel websites, airline portals).
* Information you choose to share publicly outside the Service.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide to Us
The following information is collected directly from you, in the circumstances described next to each category.
Contact details. Name, email, and phone number. Collected during newsletter signup, contact form submission, or Trip Planning engagement.
Identity documents. Passport scan or photo, date of birth, and nationality. Collected during Trip Planning engagement, for visa and supplier coordination purposes.
Payment information. Cardholder name and billing address. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Collected upon purchase of Digital Products and upon Trip Planning payments.
Trip preferences. Travel dates, party composition, dietary restrictions, medical or accessibility notes, and free-text preferences. Collected during Trip Planning engagement.
Communications. Email, instant messages, and voice notes you send to us. Collected throughout our engagement with you.
User Content. Photos, ratings, written notes, and voice queries to the "Hey Maya" feature. Collected during use of the App.
Account credentials. Email and password (when an account is required). Collected upon App account creation.
Rental Equipment media. Photos and videos captured at the Renter's initiative via voice command on the rental glasses. Collected during use of the Rental Service.
Guide conversations (voice and text). Your conversations with the AI guide "Maya" — spoken through the rental glasses and, where the in-app chat is enabled, typed in the App. When the chat is enabled for your trip, these are stored privately and linked to your account so you can revisit your history and move seamlessly between speaking and typing. The audio itself is not retained — only the text. Collected during use of the App and the Rental Service.
Saved translations. The Hebrew translation of a sign or menu you ask the guide to read. Stored privately and accessible only to you, so you can return to it during your trip. Collected during use of the Rental Service.
Rental Equipment location. Physical location of the Equipment's charging case. Not the location of the phone or of the Renter. Collected during the rental period, via a physical tracking tag inside the case.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
The following information is collected automatically during your use of the Service.
Browsing data. IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps. Collected on the Website and in the App.
Device data. Device model, screen size, language preference, and time zone. Collected on the Website and in the App.
Usage analytics. Pages and features used, and session duration. Collected via Google Analytics and internal logs.
Cookies. Session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics cookies. Collected on the Website and in App web views.
Local storage. Preferences, checklist state, and ratings. Stored only on your device and not transmitted to us.
3.3 Information From Third Parties
The following sources may provide information to us during the ordinary operation of the Service.
Payment confirmations. Received from Stripe, to reconcile and acknowledge payment.
Email engagement. Received from Substack, to measure newsletter performance.
Booking confirmations. Received from trip suppliers (hotels, transport, tour operators), to coordinate your trip.

Anonymous question log. The wording of questions — with no name, no identifier, and no link to any person — is kept in anonymized form and used solely to improve the guide.
Rental Equipment location. Not retained continuously. Location is displayed only upon an active request via the provider's app. No location history is retained by the Company.
When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.
